Retention and requests
Booking information is kept only as required for the booking, legal duties, disputes and security. Contact the promoter to make a privacy request.
Optional review invitation
After a completed stay, guests who independently opt in may receive a neutral Tripadvisor review invitation. Whether a guest reviews, and what they write, never affects a refund.
