Promoter and relationship
EliteHotelPass is an independent third-party hotel promotion agent. It is not Hilton, Tripadvisor or a hotel operator, and it does not claim to represent any of them.
Stay conditions
3 nights, 1 standard room, up to 2 adults. Mandatory lodging fees are included in the displayed total. Submitting a preferred property and date will create a booking request, not a confirmed hotel reservation. The operations team must confirm both. If the requested stay cannot be confirmed, the customer may choose a proposed alternative or receive a full refund. If these general campaign terms conflict with the terms of a specific hotel offer, the specific hotel offer terms prevail.
Eligibility
Guests must be 18 or older and resident in Germany, France, Spain, Italy or Portugal. One promotion per primary guest and household in any rolling 12-month period.
Exclusions
Later cancellation and no-show are normally non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Cancellation
Cancellation at least 7 hotel-local calendar days before check-in receives a full refund. Later cancellation and no-show are normally non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refund
Submitting a preferred property and date will create a booking request, not a confirmed hotel reservation. The operations team must confirm both. If the requested stay cannot be confirmed, the customer may choose a proposed alternative or receive a full refund. After a completed stay is verified by the operations team, the order enters a full-refund process. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days.
Optional review invitation
After a completed stay, guests who independently opt in may receive a neutral Tripadvisor review invitation. Whether a guest reviews, and what they write, never affects a refund. No rating, positive wording, link, screenshot or click proof is requested. Tripadvisor does not sponsor or endorse this promotion.
